Garlic and Cheese toasties
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 200g KERRYGOLD® SPREADABLE 454g
- 1 baguette
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- Sea salt
- 100g grated cheddar or mozzarella
Directions
- Mash the garlic with a little sea salt on a board until it becomes a paste.
- Mix with the butter and add in the grated cheese.
- Cut the baguette into diagonal slices and spread with the garlic butter and cheese mix and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until golden and toasted. Serve immediately.
The garlic butter mix will keep, very well wrapped, in the fridge for several days.
