Directions

  1. Mash the garlic with a little sea salt on a board until it becomes a paste.
  2. Mix with the butter and add in the grated cheese.
  3. Cut the baguette into diagonal slices and spread with the garlic butter and cheese mix and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until golden and toasted. Serve immediately.

The garlic butter mix will keep, very well wrapped, in the fridge for several days.
