Patrick is a world-renowned expert in food safety and member of the European Food Safety Authority. His experience spans from academia, serving on the 2008 Beijing Olympics committee on food safety controls and judging Ireland’s NDC & Kerrygold Quality Milk Awards for the past thirteen years.

Vanessa is a Kerrygold farmer and mother of two. Under her leadership, Vanessa has built a best in class dairy farm, ensuring her herd receives excellent care and the land is well tended to. Her hard work and dedication results in the rich taste of Kerrygold.

Gerry is the retail butter procurement manager for Kerrygold. Having worked with Kerrygold for over 40 years, his commitment allows our 14,000 co-op members to focus on producing excellent grass-fed milk while he handles the logistics of sharing it with the rest of the world.
Padraig KeaneDAIRY FARMER
After taking on the family farm at the age of twenty-two, Padraig has worked to ensure the land is well cared for for future generations. Having learned dairy farming from his father, Padraig also incorporates technology to ensure the farm is operating at its’ peak and the animals are healthy.
Paul is a top Irish chef and owner of The Tannery in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. Along with his restaurant, he also runs a cooking school teaching people from all over the world how to cook great food. One fundamental in Paul’s cooking is rich and creamy Kerrygold grass-fed butter.
