Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 250g Ciabatta loaf
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely minced
- 50g Room temperature KERRYGOLD® IRISH CREAMERY BUTTER 454g
- 1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C fan.
- Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
- Next, slice the loaf and spread the garlic butter between each slice and the remainder on top.
- Bake for 8-10 mins until golden and crisp, enjoy!
