Ingredients
- 250g Ciabatta Loaf
- 2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
- 50g Kerrygold Salted Butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp Flat leaf Parsley, finely chopped
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas Mark 5. Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl, slice the loaf and
spread the garlic butter between each slice and the remainder on top.
2. Bake for 8-10 Mins until golden and crisp, a great side dish for any table.
