- Mash the garlic with a little sea salt on a board until it becomes a paste. Mix with the Kerrygold Spreadable and add in the grated cheese.
- Cut the baguette into diagonal slices and spread with the garlic butter and cheese mix and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until golden and toasted.
- Once cooked, serve immediately. The garlic butter mix will keep, very well wrapped, in the fridge for several days.
