Directions

  1. Cut the avocados in half lengthways, remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic.
  3. Place the avocado flesh in a blender with the cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic clove, a pinch of chilli powder, salt and pepper and puree to a fine cream.
  4. Season to taste with a little salt, pepper, and chilli if necessary and then serve garnished with fresh dill and the chilli.
