Hot Cheesy Reuben Dip
Ingredients
- 230g cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup Thousand Island dressing
- ½ cup sour cream
- 200g shredded Kerrygold Dubliner
- 2 cups corned beef, diced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained well
- Parsley for garnish
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut.
- Transfer to a 20-cm baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.
