Dubliner Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 340g artichoke hearts, chopped
- 250ml mayonnaise
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 500ml grated Kerrygold Dubliner
Directions
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into a 203ml baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 150 oC. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or flat bread.
