Classic Butter Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
- 1 tsp. Garamasala
- 1 tsp. Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
- 3 tbsp. Plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. Grated ginger and garlic
- 1 tsp chili chili powder
- 1 tbsp. Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
- Half a diced onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- A handful of cashews
Directions
Marinade
- Mix everything together.
- Heat 1 tbsp. Kerrygold butter in a frying pan.
- Fry off chicken and set aside.
- Add another tablespoon of Kerrygold butter and fry onions.
- Add the spices and chopped tomatoes, let simmer until fragrant.
- Stir in the whipping cream and cashews.
- Blend everything together until smooth.
- Return to the pan/pot, add in the chicken and enjoy!
