Cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

In the meantime, wash the salmon fillet, pat dry and season. Melt some Kerrygold butter in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides. Take out of the pan and keep warm.

Melt the cream cheese over low heat while stirring continuously. Do not allow to boil. Add the finely chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.

Place the fish in the sauce. Serve the salmon with the sauce with the noodles, garnish with a sprig of dill.
