Cheese Toastie

Directions

  1. Butter the bread with Kerrygold Spreadable and spread with a little mustard or relish.
  2. Add the cheese in an even layer and close the sandwich.
  3. Spread the outside of the sandwich with Kerrygold Spreadable and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side over a medium heat until golden and the cheese has melted.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
