Cheddar Cheeseburger with Cranberry Jam

Directions

  1. Season the minced beef generously with salt and pepper, then mix well. Shape into 6 patties, slightly larger than the buns.
  2. Slice the buns in half. Melt about 1 tbsp butter per bun in a pan and toast the cut sides until golden and crisp.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of butter per patty in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties until nicely browned. After flipping, top the cooked side with a slice of Cheddar and allow it to melt.
  4. Layer each bun with lettuce, a cheesy beef patty, and a spoonful of cranberry jam.
  5. Top with the bun lid and serve immediately.
