Cheddar Cheeseburger with Cranberry Jam

Ingredients
- 900 g minced beef
- 12 tablespoons KERRYGOLD® IRISH CREAMERY BUTTER 227g
- 6–12 lettuce leaves
- 6 slices, sliced Kerrygold® Reserve Cheddar 200g
- 6 tbsp cranberry jam
- 6 burger buns
Directions
- Season the minced beef generously with salt and pepper, then mix well. Shape into 6 patties, slightly larger than the buns.
- Slice the buns in half. Melt about 1 tbsp butter per bun in a pan and toast the cut sides until golden and crisp.
- Heat 1 tbsp of butter per patty in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties until nicely browned. After flipping, top the cooked side with a slice of Cheddar and allow it to melt.
- Layer each bun with lettuce, a cheesy beef patty, and a spoonful of cranberry jam.
- Top with the bun lid and serve immediately.
