Avocado Creme

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 125g KERRYGOLD® NATURAL CREAM CHEESE 150G
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch of chilli flakes
- 1 stalk of dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh chilli to garnish
Directions
- Cut the avocados in half lengthways, remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Place the avocado flesh in a blender with the cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic clove, a pinch of chilli powder, salt and pepper and puree to a fine cream.
- Season to taste with a little salt, pepper, and chilli if necessary and then serve garnished with fresh dill and the chilli.
