Herb & Chilli Butter on BBQ Prawns
Ingredients
- 125g KERRYGOLD® IRISH CREAMERY BUTTER 454g
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Rind of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Butter is one of the most versatile and widely used ingredients by chefs all over the world. Use this clever little hack to infuse Kerrygold butter with herbs and chili to add that WOW factor to everyday dishes.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form butter into a roll and wrap in greaseproof paper. Allow to firm up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from fridge. Slice and serve on pasta, prawns or steak or use as a garnish.
