Kimchi Toasted Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 30g / 2 tbsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
- 60g / ½ cup Kerrygold Mature Cheddar
- 45g / ¼ cup Kimchi, roughly chopped
- 5g / 1 Tbsp Japanese mayonnaise

- Arrange the Kerrygold Mature Cheddar & kimchi onto a slice of bread. Spread the Japanese mayo onto the other slice of bread & put the two together.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add a teaspoon of butter, once the butter begins to melt add the sandwich and cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
