Ingredients

  • For the filling:

  • 450g Blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • For the crumble

  • 125g (melted) Kerrygold Pure Irish Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup flour
  • ½ Cup oats
  • ½ Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence

For the filling:

Add all the filling ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine well. Place into a greased ovenproof dish.

For the crumble:

Place all the crumble ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine until the flour has been moistened. Place on top of the blueberry mix and then into the oven. Bake at 190 C for 30 minutes until the topping is golden brown. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and enjoy.
