Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces (226g) softened Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chopped chocolate sandwich cookies

Directions

  1. Place the cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl and mix until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  2. Add crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and stir until combined.
  3. Serve with strawberries and vanilla wafer cookies.
