Ingredients

  • 1 loaf ciabatta
  • 100g curry butter, at room temperature
  • 200g Kerrygold Mature Cheddar cheese grated, fresh herbs to garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 220C, prepare a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Slice the ciabatta in half lengthwise and place cut side up on the baking sheet.
  • Add the curry butter* and Kerrygold Mature Cheddar cheese to a bowl, mix till combined.
  • Smear even amounts of the cheese mixture to each half of the ciabatta.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, slice and enjoy warm.
