Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low-Fat Milk, divided
  • 4 tsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 50g Kerrygold Mature Cheddar

Directions

Method:


Combine 1/4 cup milk and flour in a saucepan, stir with a whisk.

Stir in the remaining 3/4 cup milk and salt, bring to the boil over medium heat and stir frequently.

Reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese and pepper stirring constantly until the cheese has melted.

Serve and enjoy!
