Waffles
Ingredients
- 240g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 350ml fresh milk
- 2 eggs
- 75g Kerrygold Pure Irish Unsalted Butter
Directions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, add the eggs and milk and whisk to a smooth batter.
- Add the cooled melted butter and mix well.
- Use a ladleful of batter for each waffle and cook according to the waffle maker’s instructions.
- Serve with fresh berries and softly whipped cream.
