Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces (226g) softened Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chopped chocolate sandwich cookies
Directions
- Place the cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl and mix until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- Add crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and stir until combined.
- Serve with strawberries and vanilla wafer cookies.
