STUFFED BREAD WITH IRISH CHEDDAR
Serves 4 - 6
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread
- 125g Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
- 125g Kerrygold Red Cheddar
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Everyone loves bread. Try adding some of our delicious Irish cheddar cheese to make your next loaf a taste bud sensation.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the loaf of bread in horizontal and vertical lines.
- Stuff the loaf with butter, cheese, garlic and spring onion.
- Leave to bake in the oven for 10 to 15 min (or until the cheese has melted). Garnish with parsley if desired.
