Ingredients

  • 400g linguine
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 100g Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
  • 350g pack of raw shelled king prawns
  • Finely grated zest of 2 lemons
  • 30g Parsley finely chopped

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta according to packet directions until soft.
  2. Drain and toss with 50g of Kerrygold butter and set aside.
  3. Place the pan over a medium heat, add the remaining 50g of Kerrygold butter.
  4. Gently fry the garlic for one minute.
  5. Add the prawns and fry for three minutes until they turn pink.
  6. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon zest and parsley.
  7. Add the pasta to the pan combine well. Serve straight away seasoning with sea salt and ground black pepper.
