THE WEATHER

The Irish climate is tailor-made for the highest quality grass. It's all down to our mild weather and high levels of rainfall. Due to the colder winter weather in Ireland, our cows are currently indoors feeding on silage. They’ll be back out in the pastures once the weather is a bit milder and grass growth has returned.

THE COWS

The Kerrygold cows then eat the lush green grass and produce the creamiest milk. Walk among the herd as they make their way to the parlour and discover how our farmers ensure their cows live happy lives.
