Kerrygold Red Cheddar: smooth texture, mild and creamy taste with that unmistakable golden colour from natural annatto. Made with milk from cows that graze outdoors for most of the year, matured between 3 and 6 months. Ideal for cheese boards, sandwiches, burgers and melted dishes.

Presentation: 200 g block.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, lactic starters, rennet, colouring: annatto.
