Kerrygold Mature Cheddar: rich, rounded flavour with a firm and creamy texture. Matured for over 12 months using milk from cows that graze outdoors for most of the year. A classic aged cheddar that stands on its own or pairs beautifully with a full-bodied red wine.

Presentation: 200 g and 400 g block.

Ingredients: Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, lactic starters, rennet.
