Avocado Spread

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 25g Kerrygold Original Irish Butter
- 100g cream cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch chilli, dried
- 1 sprig dill
- Salt & Pepper
- 1-2 sprigs dill
- 1 chilli pepper
Directions
1. Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the pip and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
2. Peel and chop the garlic.
3. Place the flesh in a blender along with the cream cheese, lemon juice, butter, garlic clove, a pinch of chilli powder, salt and pepper and puree until smooth.
4. If necessary, season with a little salt, pepper and chilli and then serve garnished with fresh dill and chilli pepper.
