• 1 loaf of bread
  • 125 g Kerrygold Pure Irish Salted Butter
  • 125 g cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp flat-leaf parsley finely chopped


Everyone loves bread. Try adding some of our delicious Irish cheddar cheese to make your next loaf a taste bud sensation.
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Cut the loaf of bread in horizontal and vertical lines.
  3. Stuff the loaf with butter, cheese, garlic and spring onion.
  4. Leave to bake in the oven for 10 to 15 min (or until the cheese has melted).
  5. Garnish with parsley if desired.
